Sheldon Family Association 2025 Reunion and Annual Meeting
We are excited to announce the dates and location of the 2025 SFA Reunion and Annual Meeting! Our annual get-together will be in Salt Lake City, Utah, from Wednesday, June 25 through Sunday June 29.
The Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, June 28. You may attend in person or on Zoom. We have chosen the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel at Temple Square for our meeting. The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from the FamilySearch Library.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, and parking is just $10 daily. The best news is the room rate of only $115 per night for 2 Queen beds or one King bed! It is a short walk to interesting sites, restaurants and shopping, in a very pretty part of town. We encourage you to take advantage of all the amazing resources at the FamilySearch library. At the library, you can get help with general genealogy questions, get help with translating documents into English, access subscription websites for free on one of the 364 computer stations, and access FamilySearch digital images. Many images are unavailable online and can only be obtained in person at the library. Start making a list of them to bring with you! Technology resources include 50 Scan Pro microfilm scanners, photo scanners to digitize your photos, video, and audio files, and access to microfilm not available online. There is even a snack room on site, as well as free lockers. So, dust off your FamilySearch account or start a new one to prepare for a few days of research in Salt Lake.
