Sheldon Family Association (SFA) Annual Meeting and Reunion Refund Policy
1. If SFA, reunion host, or the Annual Meeting Committee cancels a reunion activity, a registrant will receive a refund for that portion of their paid registration.
2. If registrant cancels their participation in the reunion:
a) At least one month prior to start of reunion –
a full refund will be issued.
b) At least 10 days prior to start of reunion –
a 1/2 refund will be issued
c) "Compassion clause" – up to one day prior to start of reunion, in case of sudden hospitalization, serious disaster, or death, a registrant may receive a refund. This is at the discretion of SFA.
SFA is not responsible for personal, travel, or hotel expenses
